“Pass the lemon” is a sustainability project in the Mediterranean region, enabling visiting resident artists to work alongside local citrus farmers and refugee entrepreneurs on the islands of Mykonos and Cyprus, and soon on other islands. The aim of the project is to combine traditional farming and harvesting processes with new concepts and designs for urban regeneration, through modern technologies for visualization.
